FSHN 329: Communication in Nutrition Course Project
As part of the Healthy Gut team, I helped develop the educational content and prepare the trifold board for our exhibit. I also served as a presenter, introducing key concepts on gut microbiota, high-fiber foods, probiotics, and simple strategies college students can use to support gut health.
