I attended a webinar through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) focused on hydration science, which helped me better understand evidence-based hydration guidance and evaluate common beverage claims.

I recognized how AND helps guide continuous learning and supports my development as a future RDN. This experience also encouraged me to stay engaged with professional organizations as part of my ongoing growth in the field.
